Iteration #33: Forty-One (~53MB, mp3)

During the course of making this episode, I turned 41, so some chatter to mark the event. Aside from that, the talk was mostly about trying to get back on / keep on track with changes means to keep anxiety and stress about work in its place. Also struggled with the idea that the effort I put into this podcast doesn't seem to fit into the picture that is emerging of what a better life might be.
