We’ve been hearing a lot about mental health and well-being since Covid-19 hit our shores last year. In Ipswich a new project aims to talk with residents about their mental health and to help link people with local services. Joining the show to talk about assisting communities through direct connection – or ACDC - is Tristan Brownson, the project manager.
