Beakley began his career as a real estate appraiser in 2015 working as a trainee in Pasadena, CA. In 2020, Jason passed the certified general exam and focused on multi-housing valuations, completing an average of 250 appraisal assignments a year.
He has since expanded his appraisal scope to include all aspects of commercial reporting with an emphasis on market studies.
He has performed valuation & consulting services with work performed in more than 40 states accounting for more than 2,000 valuation and advisory assignments nationally, advising real estate developers, investors, government agencies and corporate clients in various real estate matters in the commercial and residential real estate sectors.
