My wife is my mirror? My Lover is my mirror? Replace those words with your appropriate adjective or labels because it doesn't matter. We can learn how this universe works easily through romance but it can also lead to dependency and just "YUCK" shame patterns that just create more and more of that original shame. How do we learn to stop these relationship cycles? For me I had to get space and also allow all the good things i loved about people back in. I started to learn to change my perspective.
When you learn the power of relationships and how to use them to heal yourself. For me I had to get some space from all my relationships and believe me I didn't want that space. Now I have the best of both worlds the full inner self love and the total healing and releasing of old and dark relationship patterns
Relationships require authenticity and I had no idea what that was back in the day but I do now. I am grateful for those hard lessons and grateful to have some much easier ones these days.
