Episode Synopsis

Sometimes I am hijacked by my own lower self and it prevents me from getting to my higher self or in other words a better state of mind. My thoughts wont stop spiraling. I feel like the world is going to end as my anxiety takes me further into the delusional yet scary rabbit hole. What do we do to start correcting the mind loops? Stop xeroxing the same idea over and over from everyone else and get creative. What is possible for you?
It can be hard to pull out of panic when it begins but for me I had to use medications, meditation, mantra, movement and as I have grown the old coping skills have dissolved.  anti anxiety meds and anti depressants are beautiful gifts when used to heal and not suppress. There is a big difference between healthy levels of any of these things even meditation can be a form of escapism. Balance will be found if you learn the breath and what it really is.

4. Get back to honesty
5. ALWAYS WATCH YOUR WORDS. THEY ARE CODES TO A LIFE. STOP THINKING AND SPEAKING THE OLD CLICHES. Find your truth. 
What I mean is when we find our breath it begins to allow us more perspectives of mind and a more whole and honest perspective. It can be very hard to hear true and possible fears we have been hiding from but we have to open the ideas/memories a tiny bit to begin to change the false ideas we have lived with for so long. We absorb so many bull shit beliefs from everyone. They were someone else idea or truth and it might be yours but you cant begin to find out until you get real.
You don't need to go to prison or die and be brought back from the dead over and over if you don't want.  Find your breath. Get honest. Find your breath again. Slow it down.  Begin to notice the retention spaces and where the pauses are. 
Your heart is already talking so slow down and hear it.
