Welcome to Into The Mirror. Season 5 Episode 2.
What is healing? I mean seriously how do we know if we have actually healed something? How do we find the courage to face our traumatic pasts with courage and kindness. Today or this past two months have been based heavily in my own shame of my past and learning to healing old wounds and not create new awful ones in the process. I share a lot of great truth of the process of my hearts ability to share its full truth and how it takes me being persistent and not quitting or running away when I get scared.
It's totally okay to be scared of things big or small the heart doesn't really see the size of the gains just the quality of them. What I mean is facing the truth in you heart honestly is enough to move mountains.
