This episode features Langston Evans who is the AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) program District Coordinator for the Madison Metropolitan School District. Through this program, he and his team have been able increase access to post-secondary for students who have traditionally been underrepresented in colleges. How they go about it is the interesting part.
