Una as a nutritionist has served in many countries like Africa,Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, South Sudan and some of these countries were fresh post war zones when she worked there like Afghanistan and Iraq.
She had to face many challenges like extreme weather transitions,security issues,hygiene problems and more but none of these challenges made her give up. She remained headstrong and determined to do what she loves,serving humanity and brought home some amazing experiences and heart warming memories. Today through her vast cultural experiences she tries to educate to look at the world with a different perspective.
