She is an Internationally Certified Yoga Instructor, and has a masters of Science in Yoga. She acquired the benefits of yoga through self practice. Indhuja runs a show every day on yoga for daily practice on Raj television. She has a teaching experience of more than 6+ years and has taught yoga to more than 2000+ students so far.
