Congressman “Chip” Roy (R-TX) says he just spotted Puerto Rico near the coast of Texas - in the Gulf of Mexico - amid the escalating Coronavirus crisis. After much stalling with windmill and other New Green Deal proposals by the Democrats, the CARES Act finally goes through and President Trump signs it into law. Meanwhile, Puerto Rico remains on lockdown and Governor Vazquez provides a $787M relief package.
