Listen "Human Development: Filter Quality"
Episode Synopsis
This episode marks the beginning of a short series, focused on Human Development. At Method, we want to help our people grow in their roles and develop their craft but in order to do that successfully it requires interpersonal skills that often go overlooked. In this series John Tuders leads discussions ranging from Filter Quality, Relational Intelligence, Leadership Brand and more. In this first episode, we discuss the importance of filter quality. You’re going ot hear a few new voices. Dr. John Tuders, our Executive Director of Business and Human Development has over 25 years of experience in the communications and banking industries. He is also a professor at UNCC’s Belk College of Business where he focuses on human behavior within organizations. You will also hear from Jose Ruiz. Jose is a Senior VP at one of the biggest banks in the United States and he brings over 30 years of experience in financial services with a focus in strategy & data analytics. Jose is passionate about helping others grow and advance in their careers. He is an executive sponsor for an employee network focused on developing Hispanic associates within his organization as well as being involved in non-profit work around the city of Charlotte. In a world where we are bombarded with countless forms of communications, all jockeying for our time and attention, it becomes harder and harder to determine where we should focus our efforts. Filter quality helps us do exactly that. But it’s a skill that takes time to develop and hopefully this podcast can help you start that process.
