In an effort to round out that answer, he's interviewing a series of DI men's lacrosse coaches about their process, continuing with Siena head coach Liam Gleason.

The conversation revolves around time and space: how geography — specifically Long Island, Albany and Syracuse/Rochester — and chronology — specifically Sept. 1, balancing practices and visits, November recruiting and junior year development — play into Gleason's overall philosophy.
