I have been a commitment phobe around going all in with a mentor for a couple of years now and yet here I am. Jumping in!
In this week’s episode I share my moment of realisation around how I’d been sabotaging myself.
One of the reasons I kept choosing short term commitments with mentors was a lack of belief that I could “maintain” my energy long enough to “get my money’s worth”.
