I am pulling back the curtain on my Identity Crisis and why YOU might be having one too! In the Episode we will talk about where the identity comes from and how we've attached our self worth to it. The comparison game and how harmful it is to our self worth and ways to decondition yourself from Identities that are no longer serving you.

What part of my identity have I been holding onto that no longer aligns with who I am or want to become? How has this identity shaped my decisions, and what might be possible if I released it?
What beliefs about myself were shaped by my family, society, or past experiences or work that no longer resonate with me? How have these beliefs influenced my behavior, and how can I rewrite them to support my current growth?
If I were to let go of all the labels and roles I’ve been assigned or adopted, who would I be at my core? How can I begin living more authentically, in alignment with that true version of myself?
