If you've ever done Crossfit in Xi'an China, there's a good chance your coach is descended from Coach Matt!  In 2015 Matt and his wife Tina opened Flying Tigers Crossfit, the first gym of its type in the Chinese city of Xi'an. Hear what it took to bring that vision to fruition as well as other random side topics we digressed into.  Recorded in January 2022.
