I was born into a modest family in a very small town in Transylvania, Romania. I spent the fist part of my life on farms, caring for livestock and working land.

When I was young, my family told me “If you want to learn, you can learn in any school.” I think that’s the pre-school version of “You can achieve anything you want to achieve, no matter where you are right now.” And that’s exactly what I continue to believe.
