Today I had an opportunity to interview Kyle Newell who is entrepreneur, CEO of Newell Strength and Ripped dads, and the author of the Panda Diet.
His approach to coaching is definitely not your typical ”eat less, exercise more” mentality. Everything is revolved around a holistic habits-based approach that completely goes against the grain-inspired by the way of the Panda.
