In January 2023 I was invited to participate in a group ketamine therapy experience. Last year I did my solo ketamine sessions (I talk about my experience in episode below). Taking medicine in a group sestina was such a profound and deep experience. I feel extremely honored and privileged to have shared this healing and growth moment with six incredible women.
