Meet Cards! Originally from South Africa, Cards is a physiotherapist here in Hong Kong and has worked with international rugby, football, and volleyball teams. Before becoming a physiotherapist, Cards represented South Africa in both Karate and Field Hockey. Cards is grateful for the opportunities sport has given her, and believes sport is an outlet, a lifesaver, a natural anti-depressant, a love, and a way of life. In this episode, we discuss giving women the opportunity to let sport benefit them, the menstrual cycle, being open-minded, and being independent.
