Do you constantly feel like you’re running on E? No matter how many hours are in the day somehow you barely have time to catch your breath? Are you starting to compare your everyday life to being on a hamster wheel? If yes, you may be experiencing burnout. It can be due to our home lives, job requirements, school, and even daily habits. I believe a key piece of being burned out is being out of alignment with your life’s calling and purpose. I also believe that it is important to ensure that our processes (schedules, time off, sleep schedule etc.) are working for our good. In this episode I explore some ways in which I danced with burnout knowingly and unknowingly, and some steps I took to overcome. Join me as I share how I broke up with burnout.
