Now they are even contemplating on how to get money for renovation. My take is since when there is a minimum standard for renovation? The comfort level is absolutely based on our financial situation. Anyway, they have an apartment they shared earlier so the question is whether to refinance? Or to sell the property so they have money for renovation.
