Gabby Male is a health coach, Co-owner of The Rose Retreats, and owner of the fitness platform SWITCHIIT UP. She graduated from The University of Kentucky with her degree in Public Health, and health promotion. She is passionate about helping women find a healthy balance in their busy lives, as well as teaching them about all of the pillars of health. She does online coaching, but also loves her in-person events and retreats through her company The Rose Retreat.
