Tune in to be so inspired by this beautiful interview with Washington State- based artist Carrie Schmitt as she talks about her journey becoming an artist.  Carrie began painting in 2009 after being diagnosed with a life threatening allergy to heat while living in her hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio. Bedridden and unable to go outside for months, one day a voice popped in her head and said, "Now that your life is over, you might as well do what you want and paint." Today, Carrie is a full-time artist, art retreat facilitator, and author of two books.
