We're back with an Oscar winner this week. Regina King came to prominence in the early '90s for her roles in Boyz n the Hood, Jerry Maguire and Enemy of the State. She only became more prominent through the 2000s with roles in A Cinderella Story and The Boondocks. An accomplished director in her own right, King has directed multiple TV episodes and the film One Night in Miami... In 2018, she won the Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her role in Barry Jenkins' If Beale Street Could Talk. King has continued to act and direct, with great success in the likes of Netflix's The Harder They Fall and Shirley.
