In this Episode I Interview Dustin Bartz of Bartz Barbecue. Bartz is a one man show based in the South Bay of Southern California.  He was inspired to cook Texas Barbecue, when he moved to Austin for a short while in the early 2000's.  He's a very passionate and talented individual that pushes himself to extremes, sometimes having up to 5 events in one week! He uses the highest quality meats and is one of the few that smokes all of his meats onsite.  He makes his own sausages from scratch along with all of the tasty sides.  I have to add, he makes one hell of a burger too!!  He helped organize the 2nd Annual Smokefest which will be held at La Ale Works starting at Noon on March 2nd.  Smokefest will host 5 of the Top BBQ Popups in SoCal.  Among them will be A's BBQ, Kelly's BBQ, Meathead BBQ, The Barbacoa Boyz and of course Bartz.  If you're in the area you can not miss this event!  I hope you enjoy the Show!!
