And no...Nobody has ever turned green with envy. That's not what happens in the real world. And so here's why it's confusing..because on the one hand you want to connect and be part of a meaningful work culture where you trust and honor your co-workers. But that doesn't always happen. Jealousy – if we are truly introspective is actually a mask emotion. It's a mask for something else, and it tells us something about ourselves. It's usually something we don't want to see...For instance you might be an older women who is jealous of your younger female colleaugu, on the face of it you probably dislike her because she comes across as arrogant and self-assured. But on a deeper level it could be something you admire and wish you possesed when you were younger – this ability to speak your mind without having to compromise yourself. Sometimes we are jealous of women who are actually very similar to us, but the difference is they have the courage to step into their most authentic self – resonating with incredible self-belief. Support the show
