For our pilot episode, we sit down with design pioneer Don Norman for our pilot on the importance of empathy and the benefits of the Human-centered Design process. Norman is a pioneer in the field of the design, having created design institutes at Northwestern and UCSD, leading the first UX efforts at Apple, and an integral half of the Nielsen-Norman consultancy. Most famously, he's been the author of design must-reads such as The Design of Everyday Things.
