I like writing Music, Making Movies, cooking and farming too.. some how these things just give me some peace for the moment. #sanityisFleeting #sanity has a very high cost in zimbabwe and then there is those people that want to come and say we complain too much, we shud be grateful (for what i wonder). They want to say how come others are owners of farms and such and i ask show me the paper trail for his how they got there and the conversation changes.. There are those that worked hard i give it to them but talk to them also and see how the odds are against every little move they make. So i disappear into my prose or verse coz its all that i got at times, alone in a room full of people. Normal but just one finger click away, from snapping coz its just too much. its just too muchooo as the Nigerian film bingers would say. 36 and still trying to figure it out, 36 and still staying at home maybe i aint trying too hard but what about basic medicine in clinics or keeping our savings in banks is that also on me, not pushing hard enough? Some days we do wake up feeling some typaway #Sanityisfleeting and this country is doing its best to erode all sensible sanity as we know it. #Zimbabweanlivesmatter is not just a hashtag to seek attention its an outcrucry by us who have never known life with out these words punctuating every day we wake up in that “it will get better” sesidiniwe/ Taneta
