Often as Educators we face parents that are upset or angry with the school. Often these moments come after a behavior displayed by a student or our the reaction of others to that behavior. In these difficult conversations we must remember the grace we that is given to us in our own mistakes. In this episode I will share one of my not so great mama moments and how it caused me to be grateful for the grace I was extended.
