Kevin is the head of Strategy at Cycling Canada and for road athletes he's the main decission maker when it comes to selecting riders for major national team events such as the world championships and Olympics. Kevin's also been a director for generations on some of the biggest teams in North america over the last 30 years and has been working with the best athletes in the sport for just as long. This is an awesome episode for any young cyclists trying to make it to the world tour as Kevin does an incredible job of giving stories, advice and the attributes he thinks are most important and common among those that make it in such a brutal sport. For everyone else, Kev also has so many incredible stories from races and the athletes he's worked with and the insane things those athletes have done to make their dreams happen.
