Tramale Turner is CTO at Robin AI. Previous to this he was CTO at Taxbit, Head of Engineering at Stripe and held leadership positions at Nintendo and Volkswagen. He talks about growing up in the crack cocaine epidemic of the 1980's in Detroit, getting into university at the age of 16, and what it takes to become a CTO.
