In this episode of How Do We Manage...Stephanie is joined by Cecile Fjellhøy. Cecilie shot to fame when her story of being defrauded of hundreds of thousands of dollars by a former lover was documented in the 2022 Netflix documentary, The Tinder Swindler.
She’s gone on to become an activist for victims of romance fraud, founding LoveSaid – an organsation which offers help and advice to those affected.
She and Stephanie look back at her journey, and talk about the impact it’s had on her life, both positive and negative.
Cecilie offers valuable advice on how we can all protect ourselves from emotional scams, both online and in person.
