Or even just when you need a way to be able to regulate some of the thoughts and anxiety that happened to many of us. I've got an idea… And I want to walk you through it in this episode.I got this method from the head pastor of Life.Church, Craig Groeschel. He talked about the fact that his brain, many of the times, is all over the place and he's got so many things in his mind that he wants to do: people he wants to pray, sermon ideas, etc. He began doing the method I talk about in an effort to calm himself before he went into prayer and things of that nature. If you're needing a church home or you're maybe wanting to start going back to church or for the first time, we currently go to this church. It is simply a Bible based church with amazing music and anyone is invited. It's a very "come as you are" type of church. It has been a wonderful place for us.
