My wife and I live in a retirement community. Recently, one of our residents was rushed to the hospital. She was in the ICU for nearly a week, and then came back to our rehab center. When we visited her in the hospital, I said to her,” Don’t worry about anything. We emptied your refrigerator for you. We also sub-rented your apartment for you.” You should have seen her smile. It was priceless! On my harmonica I played, “Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee.” You should have seen her smile. It was priceless! We visited her several times while she was in rehab. You should have seen her smile. It was priceless! Her daughter arrived this week. They will be coming to have lunch with us. I am looking forward to seeing her smile. It will be priceless!
