Every day we put on clothes as we get ready for the day. We wear different clothes for different occasions. We look in the mirror and get ready for the day or for special occasions. I would guess that you have never thought of putting on Christ and wearing Him during the day for every occasion. When we wear Him, I believe people will see Jesus as we show to them compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. You see, to “wear Him” is living as He has lived. It is having His mind, thinking His thoughts, and doing what He would do. Ask His Spirit to help you get dressed today and “wear Jesus” so that those who see you will also see Him. Dress as one of God’s chosen ones. Try it today and see how your day goes.
