With a population of 7.5 billion worldwide, people are everywhere! And yet, according to a recent AP Report, “Americans, who have become less engaged with worship houses, community organizations, and even their own family members in recent decades, have steadily reported an increase in feelings of loneliness.” Isolation and individualism are rising while vulnerability and accountability are becoming obsolete. Is there a way from the teachings of Jesus that would help us live lives that were fully known and fully loved by God and others as we continue moving towards the center of God’s purpose for our lives? Of course, that answer is YES! And it’s found in community.
