I’m curious how many of you homesteaders have a bug out bag prepared. Never heard of a bug out bag? This is a survival bag that is equipped to care for any and all of your needs for 72 hours. Usually a bug out bag is intended to be used when you “bug out” or get the heck out of dodge. That’s pretty extreme in today’s society, but I believe every person needs a bug out bag as an immediate resource and insurance policy for freezes, floods, power outages, long distance travel in bad weather, or just for every day use to have all of your resources in one organized location.
