Paige Rien is an award-winning designer, author, on-camera personality & content creator. She was 1 of 2 designers on the top-rated HGTV show, "Hidden Potential" for 5 seasons, which inspired her book, "Love the House You're In: 40 Ways to Improve Your House & Change Your Life." (Roost, 2016) Paige has a passion for making homes personal and accessible, encouraging readers & private clients to tell their stories in their homes, and create spaces that support their best lives. She is the co-author of the forthcoming, “Revived & Renovated: Conversations on the Intersection of Faith, Home & Everything in Between.” (Endgame Press 11/21) Paige is drawn to the intersection of the home and personal growth, & believes in the healing power of spaces to nudge us towards growth, spiritually, emotionally & physically. She & her husband, Francis, have 4 great kids and live in Maryland. Fred Gutierrez is the host of "Home Owner's Institute" , podcast, and runs the company ShepherdPMC with his partner Mike McHugh.
