The Greek Orthodox Church changed the day of this celebrated feast to October 28th in remembrance of OXI day and the protection of the Most Holy Theotokos against Nazi Germany. Father Gregory also shares with us why the Epistle reading from Hebrews is selected by the Church for this feast and its significance to us in Orthodox Christian worship.
