(Genesis 37,39. Exodus 2) 6. God’s providence isn’t about us, it’s about God’s glory. (Exodus 14:3-4) 7. Our job is to trust the shepherd. (Psalm 23) Next step...Read the story of Joseph from Genesis 37-50 and see how God used his suffering for good.Think about and discuss why we often place a higher priority on our own health and safety (and those we love) rather than on the kingdom of God advancing.Ask God to help you trust Him more.  And when you face challenges, tell God that you trust Him no matter what happens.
