After Amber Lynn won Velour’s Battle of the Bands in Provo one of the judges levied some pretty high praise, he said: “She belts like Aretha."Yes, as in THAT Aretha people! Not too shabby for a new up and coming artist.
Amber Lynn's EP “Higher” was recently nominated for 3 Utah Music Awards including “Best Album” and a 19 song mash-up video that she created with Eric Thayne and Mimi Knowles has garnered a half a million YouTube views.
She’s been known to perform with a 7 piece band but today she'll play a paired down set with:
AMBER LYNN – lead vocals, acoustic guitar
RASHIDA CALL – piano (back-up vocals)
JAMES DAWSON – electric guitar (back-up vocals)
