Central Cee, born Oakley Neil H.T Caesar-Su on 4 June 1998, is a British rapper hailing from Shepherd's Bush, London. He gained prominence in the music scene in 2020 following the release of his singles "Day in the Life" and "Loading." Central Cee made his debut in the music industry with a feature in "Ain’t On Nuttin Remix" alongside J Hus and Bonkaz in 2015, the same year he adopted his stage name. In February 2015, he released "StreetHeat Freestyle" and followed it up with his first album "17" in 2017. His journey continued with the release of a mixtape titled "Next Up?" in October 2019. The rapper's talent shone through with his dynamic drill-based sound, blending relentless flows and volatile street tales, notably through his track "Loading" in 2020. His first mixtape "Wild West" debuted at number two on the UK Albums Chart following its release on 12 March 2021, and his second mixtape "23" was released on 25 February 2022, debuting atop the UK albums chart. As for his song "There's Truth In The Lies," it appears to be a recent release, with a music video available on Instagram. The lyrics delve into themes of honesty and deception, reflecting on a turbulent relationship.
