This new look at the workforce revealed that the percentage of women in cybersecurity is roughly 24%. Another study by Frank Recruitment analysed data from FTSE 100 ranked companies over four years between 2018 and 2022, which showed that just over a quarter (27%) of CIO positions last year were held by women.
