Welcome to Her Time, a podcast all about coaching teen and tween female athletes with Sarah Stack. Sarah is a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach who specializes in working with tween and teen girl athletes. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in her MeNToR coaching paradigm; which includes the four pillars of Mindset, Nutrition, Training, and Recovery, with two guiding principles of education and opportunity. Her Time will tackle the issues that young female athletes face with respect to these four pillars.
