In this episode, we talk to Kathy Case with Takeoff Co. and Justin White who is now with CB Flooring (change happened after the show was recorded). Both have been in the flooring industry for a long time and both got to where they are now on very different career tracks. They are talking to us today about Henrico CTE's Life Ready Expo and how their industry is looking to hire young people to get them started in great careers. Kathy also talks to us about women in construction and NAWIC Richmond, an organization she is involved with that caters to getting women into the trades.
