Sarah shares 3 core principles, firstly to have the right conversations - this is all about tackling things head on like 'you didn't get that promotion but no one gave you feedback'. Secondly, conversations in the right way - knowing the best approach, what to plan for if you can and finally conversations in the right time, often overlooked but is vital to get the timing right.
