We explore how Siobhan has taken her years of experience as a consultant and now executive GM of People, to help and enable organistions to change their culture to enable them to thrive and grow. Siobhan shares her culture MAPP - looking at mental maps of what people think and feel, to actions of what people do and the processes involved like controlling and measuring. But are guided by patterns in the organisations, the unwritten rules of engagement - making sure these are fit for purpose of the now.
