On this episode, we are joined by one of our team members, Jacob Davis. Jacob Davis, AKA the Jolly Rogers mascot joins us! Jacob didn't know what he wanted to do in life, so he turned to the trades. Jacob originally started with plumbing but then liked the high demand of the HVAC industry. Jacob loves helping people, and it's his number 1 priority to give 150% to the customer, every time. Jacob attributes his success to the awesome open-minded team at Rogers. His motto is "don't work for what you make, work for what you want to make."
