On this episode, we are joined by one of our awesome team members! Bruce is a Mississippi country boy who started working for us the week the world shut down in 2020. He is a $1M service technician,  and he is always after the newest certifications or courses to make him better at what he does. His advice is, "to be genuine, be open-minded and your possibilities will be endless." Bruce describes his leadership style as laid back, and his #1 goal is to grow the install team. He would very much like Rogers Heating and Cooling to take over the world. His motto: "With God you can do anything."
