I’m opening up about my relationship with health and fitness—how it’s changed, how it’s challenged me, and what it’s taught me about identity, body image, and self-worth. From navigating weight gain to figuring out how to move in a way that actually supports my energy… it’s been a process. I used to tie so much of who I was to being a fitness coach, and I know I’m not the only one who's had to unlearn and reimagine what health looks like. So today, I’m sharing my story—past, present, and what I’m working on now—in hopes that it meets someone right where they are.
